About ME
I am a highly qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, working with adults and young people on a one-to-one basis. I work in person at the Bodymind Centre in Weybridge as well as online.
I also work as a counsellor in an NHS-funded counselling service for young adults, and prior to this I worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist in a women’s centre. I have extensive experience of working with anxiety, low mood and trauma.
Prior to working as a counsellor and psychotherapist I worked as a teacher in a variety of settings for over 15 years. I have a PGCE and a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Language.
Training and qualifications
I have an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Roehampton University, passed with Distinction, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology.
BACP Registered (MBACP) and Accredited, I adhere to the BACP's ethical framework for safe practice and I am compliant with data protection regulations.
